In 2014, he also founded and leads the Brain-Based Workplace, an executive coaching and organizational behavior consulting firm. Working with high-growth clients of many sizes (e.g. Rippling, OpenAI, Vellum), they help executives and teams embed the leadership and team practices necessary to scale fast. Most recently, they have guided AI adoption to create AI-native engineering, product, and design organizations.
