I am an Information Technology Consultant and Project Management professional with over eight years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, and enterprise information systems. I hold both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Information Science from the University of Porto.

Since 2019, I have worked at ANO Software, leading the delivery of complex digital solutions for large organizations. My responsibilities include project management, requirements analysis, functional architecture design, and user adoption, ensuring technology aligns with business needs. I have contributed to major public sector initiatives in areas such as smart mobility, healthcare digitization, public administration, and government systems.

Previously, I worked in internal audit, quality management, and consulting roles, gaining expertise in risk management, process improvement, ERP implementation, and international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and ISO 20000.

I combine strong technical knowledge in information systems, databases, SQL, and process modeling with a business-oriented mindset, enabling me to bridge the gap between stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to deliver effective digital solutions.
