🔹 Practice Leadership & P&L: Managing practice revenue, labor margins, and forecasting while scaling teams of Practice Leads and Solution Engineers.

🔹 Go-To-Market (GTM) & Strategy: Defining cloud and digital GTM strategies, cultivating vendor partnerships, and aligning tech initiatives with corporate OKRs.

🔹 Technical Center of Excellence (CoE): Building robust CoEs, developing technical accelerators, and institutionalizing best practices across Sales and Delivery teams.

🔹 Pre-Sales & Solution Architecture: Leading technical pre-sales, validating enterprise architectures, and driving large-scale RFPs.

🔹 Delivery Excellence: Overseeing portfolio health, mitigating risks, and ensuring flawless execution from early-stage architecture to final deployment.
